Mr. Fung has over 30 years of IT and venture capital industry experiences. He first served as President of Wang Laboratories in Asia & Pacific and successfully helped Wang Laboratories build its Asian and Pacific operations in the 1980s’. After Wang Laboratories closed its global operations, Mr. Fung founded Q-Ware Systems, which was successfully acquired by Uni-President Group in 1990, and currently plays a key role for providing enterprise information solutions in Taiwan. Mr. Fung also founded the Golden Gate Venture Capital, which has successful invested in TSMC, AU Optronics, Apexbio and many other tier-one high-tech companies in Taiwan. Mr. Fung has and/or served on the Board of Directors of such distinguished companies as ASE Test, Accton Technology Corp and Universal Scientific Industrial Co., Ltd., in Taiwan and USA. Mr. Fung holds a B.S. in E.E. from Purdue University.

Mr. Tsai served as General Manager of Universal Scientific Industrial Co (USI), Directors of Gemtek Co., Universal Microelectronics Co. and President Securities Corp. and has extensive experience and professional knowledge in investment management, wireless communication, handheld devices, and semiconductor industry. During his tenure, he led USI transforming from an EMS company to a global DMS (design, manufacturing and service suppliers) company. Through PC motherboard assembly, wireless communication technology and advanced microelectronic packaging technology, he led USI to build unique competitive advantages by providing competitive services with efficiency, high quality, high value-added and cost-effectiveness. USI’s customers included Lucent Technologies, Chrysler, Ford, IBM, the Nortel, Siemens and latterly, Apple. The company's revenue increased substantially from $20 million to $2 billion. In addition, he helped many companies publicly traded on the Taiwan Stock Exchange. As an investor and director of Gemtek, his business and product strategy leading the company a successful transition was a success case of contribution. He was also a key role in President Securities Corp. while helping the company from start-up to expansion stage and now, President Securities Corp becomes one of the leading securities companies in Taiwan. He graduated from the School of Law of Soochow University in Taiwan and achieved Doctor of Management from University of Maryland.

Prior to joining AMCC, Ms. Shu has 10 years experience in the banking industry and 10 years experience in financial consulting, investment and post-investment management. Her major banking experience is with Chase Manhattan Bank, where she served as vice president of the Taipei Branch, and participated in constructing loan portfolio for the electronics industry. Loan portfolio of the new start up companies under her management exceeded USD50 million. In her career as a financial consultant and investment portfolio manager, she assisted high-tech companies such as Acer, Primax, Action, Everlight, and many others, to obtain overseas financing for their globalization efforts and managed an investment portfolio of approximately USD35 million. Ms. Shu obtained her MBA degree from University of Illinois, Chicago Circle, and she is specialized in investment evaluation and financial planning of the portfolio companies.

Mr. Chen has over 20 years of micro-electronic, semiconductor, opto-electronics, and other IT related experiences. Prior to joining AMCC, Mr. Chen was the General Manager of Process Diagnostics & Control Product Business Group (PDC) in Applied Materials Taiwan (AMT), where his efforts had helped Applied Materials in successfully turning around this strategic product in Taiwan market, and to acquire more than 50% of market share from scratch. Furthermore, Mr. Chen has also demonstrated his premier experiences both in sales & marketing and operations field. He has contributed significant inputs when he first served as Associate Vice President of Lite-On Electronics and the President of Orbotech (Taiwan Branch). Mr. Chen also served as COO in Gemtek Technology since 2001, where he played a key role in helping Gemtek’s developing business strategies, business model and the cost effective infrastructure, coaching the staff to establish close business partnership with major global customers such as Dell, HP and Intel. Mr. Chen received his B.S. in E.E. from Chung Yuan Christian University (Taiwan), and MBA from TungHai University.

Mr. Luh is unique in that he not only is specialized in management information system and operations management, but also in finance model and engineering. When Mr. Luh served as Vice President and COO of The First Insurance Corp., for over 5 years, its sales revenues increased over 50% annually, demonstrating his talents in business operations and management. Mr. Luh is also a MIS and ERP expert. He has successfully implemented several MIS systems for local insurance companies, Outsourcing Passenger Reservation System to IBM for TransAsis Airways, and System implementation of SAP and Oracle ERP projects for Universal Scientific Industrial and Gemtek. Mr. Luh receives his M.S. in Management Information System degree from University of Texas at Dallas.
